What you receive
Every assessment and diagnosis includes
After every assessment and diagnosis, you will receive a full report explaining what was found and any work completed within the included repair hour.
- Explanation of the fault or diagnostic findings
- Details of testing and work completed
- Details of any parts fitted
- Calibration or a test print where appropriate
- Recommended additional work, parts and estimated charges where required
- Email notification when the report or printer is ready
If the printer cannot be repaired within the included repair hour, the report will explain the available options and any expected additional cost. You can then approve or decline further work. No additional parts or labour will be charged without your approval.
