Revo Nozzles ObXidian
Rated 0 out of 5£46.74With a wear resistance that is orders of magnitude higher than any other E3D nozzle, ObXidian is really hard. Several orders of magnitude harder than Nozzle X and indeed any other generic hardened steel nozzle. This is achieved by pairing a tool steel insert with our new E3DLC™ coating. This specially formulated coating also embeds non-stick properties into the Nozzle itself. Meaning considerably less plastic build-up around the Nozzle. -
Revo Nozzles Brass
Rated 0 out of 5£25.02 – £31.14Experiment freely. With nozzle swapping this easy, you’re free to experiment with nozzle sizes you might not have used before. Set your 3D printer up for ultra-fine or ultra-thick extrusion widths in no time at all. Print large objects in less time, or tiny objects with high resolution. Frustration-free. Each Revo Nozzle is a preassembled nozzle and heatbreak in one unit, so there’s no hazardous hot tightening and no chance of incorrect assembly. Say goodbye to frustrating HotEnd leaks and enjoy reliable 3D printing! Rapid identification. Identify nozzle sizes at a glance thanks to a colour-coded silicone sock. Plus, each Revo Nozzle has its size engraved into it with easy-to-read numbers, so there are no confusing identification markers to learn! An expanding range. We’re ready to make RapidChange Nozzles in any size. At launch, we’re introducing brass nozzles in 0.15mm, 0.25mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm and 0.8mm, with many more compatible nozzles to follow later. Wear-resistant and high flow variants are already on our roadmap and will follow over time. -

V6 Hardened Steel
Rated 0 out of 5£15.00 – £20.16v6 Extra Nozzle - Hardened Steel - 1.75mm x 0.25mmDescription
Paying a little extra for a hardened, wear-resistant nozzle makes both practical and economic sense. By the time you’ve printed a single spool of abrasive filament you’re saving money. It also saves a lot of time as you won’t be constantly replacing worn out nozzles. And you’ll be future-proofed for upcoming materials; E3D is sure that these nozzles should be able to handle just about anything that material manufacturers think of next. Because of the thermal and chemical treatment applied to the nozzle they do have a bit of a dark, sometimes uneven looking coloration and surface finish, and there can be a small amount of residue on the nozzles despite our final cleaning process. The coloration variance is normal and doesn’t affect function. Any residue left on the nozzle will quickly be flushed in the first few millimetres of extrusion, especially if you flush it out with an abrasive filled material! All nozzles in the series are now individually identifiable with markings on the flats of the hex head making them even more convenient to work with. See table for identification. -
V6 Plated Copper Nozzles
Rated 0 out of 5£10.80 – £29.04Description
These nozzles are engineered for ultimate high temperature performance. Made from a special high temperature copper alloy with a softening point of well above 500°C, and with much-increased thermal conductivity, these copper nozzles are perfect for high temperature applications, while working perfectly with everyday filaments like PLA, ABS and spoolWorks EDGE. In addition to high temperature performance these nozzles have an advanced nickel-based plating, considerably reducing the adhesion of plastic to the nozzle. This is great for everyday filaments keeping things clean and shiny, but is particularly important at temperatures above 300°C where a silicone sock can't be used. Copper has more than 3x the thermal conductivity of brass, and the copper alloy used by E3D has been hardened and treated to reduce the oxidation that occurs in copper at high temperatures. The higher thermal conductivity will also slightly increase your heat-up times, and can provide tighter temperature control. This copper-alloy is very temperature resilient, and will not start to soften or anneal until way beyond 500°C, making it perfect for the high-temperature printing that other nozzles can't handle. -
